Reaching Higher
Reaching Higher is a youth-led, community-based organisation in Croydon that supports young people through sports activities, creative arts, leadership training, 1:1 mentoring and holiday activity schemes.
The Foundation is supporting Reaching Higher to employ a full-time Executive Director that can add capacity and support to the current Managing Director, focused on developing and strengthening Reaching Highers’ core systems.
The additional capacity brought by this new role will release Reaching Highers’ Managing Director to focus on strategic planning and partnership building, raising the organisation’s profile and diversifying its income streams.
