St George Developments is again hosting their annual Tag Rugby tournament, raising money for SPEAR and Honeypot Children's Charity.
SPEAR is a South-West London based charity that helps to break the cycle of homelessness. The charity provides a holistic service: not just a safe place to stay, but also a chance to develop skills, find work, tackle drug or alcohol addictions and address mental issues.
Honeypot Children's Charity has been working since 1966 to enhance the lives of young carers and vulnerable children. They do this by providing residential respite breaks at Honeypot House, Hampshire or Honeypot House Pen Y Bryn in mid Wales and also provide on-going outreach support throughout a child's formative years. Honeypot gives young carers a break from demanding and stressful responsibilities at home and provides a safe, nurturing environment where children at risk can develop their full potential.
St George Developments is hoping to raise £20,000 for the two charities.
