The Foundation Awards 2026 will celebrate colleagues, divisions and sub-contractors who go the extra mile in support of the Foundation’s work. This is your chance to shine a spotlight on the inspiring individuals, impactful partnerships and brilliant achievements across the business.
Have you….
- fundraised or volunteered for the Berkeley Foundation or one of our partner charities?
- organised a successful challenge event, a football tournament, or a mouth-watering bake off?
- worked with a Foundation partner to drive impact in your local community?
If so, we want to hear from you!
There are eight categories open for entry this year and the deadline is Friday 28 November 2025.
The winners will be announced at the Foundation Awards on Thursday 19 March, at Bishopsgate Institute in London.

How to Enter
Every year, colleagues across Berkeley Group get involved in the Foundation’s work in a range of ways, and we’re looking forward to hearing from you about the impact your engagement is having on colleagues, our charity partners and their communities.
All entries should:
- be submitted as a statement of up to 500 words, answering the specific questions set out for each category;
- be nominated by yourself or a colleague;
- refer to activities taking place between 1 May 2024 and 31 October 2025; and
- be submitted to awards@berkeleyfoundation.org.uk by 5.30pm on Friday 28 November 2025.
We will be looking for demonstrable commitment across all categories, as well as data to support your entry (where relevant).
Categories
Best Individual Contribution to Fundraising
We are looking for a Berkeley staff member who has made an outstanding contribution to fundraising, by initiating or taking part in one or more activities in support of the Foundation or our charity partners.
Best Individual Contribution to Volunteering

Best Divisional Contribution to the Foundation
This will be awarded to a Berkeley business that has made an outstanding contribution to the Foundation and our partner charities. This could include fundraising and volunteering activities, GAYE uptake, and in-kind support.
No more than one entry should be submitted per business.

Best Supply Chain Contribution to the Foundation
Supply chain companies can enter themselves or be nominated by a Berkeley colleague.

Most Impactful Charity Partnership

Most Inspiring Berkeley Foundation Champion
This category will recognise a Berkeley Foundation Champion who has gone ‘above and beyond’ in inspiring their colleagues to get involved with the Foundation in a range of different ways.
Entries should refer to activities taking place between 1 May 2024 and 31 October 2025 but can also draw on the nominee’s longer-term commitment, if relevant.
Best Individual Graduate or Apprentice Contribution to the Foundation

Most Impactful Initiative
This category recognises a specific initiative delivered by a division in support of the Foundation’s work. The nominated venture should demonstrate positive and tangible outcomes for the children, young people, or communities in which Berkeley Group operates.
The initiative might highlight divisional activity that has supported one of the Foundation’s Strategic Partners, or it could be a specific initiative forming part of your company’s Community Partnership. It could also celebrate a division-led initiative that has engaged the wider business in Foundation activity.

In addition, the Payroll Giving Award will be presented on the day to the Division with the highest percentage of staff enrolled in the Payroll Giving Scheme on 31 January 2026.
