The Berkeley St Joseph team is using the last two weeks of the Berkeley Foundation winter fund matching campaign to get active for charity.
The goal is 10 million steps - 5,000 miles - over 10 days, raising money for their Designated Charities Hope for Southall Street Homeless and St Basils.
The charities are working to tackle homelessness in Southall and Birmingham.
Money raised will be match funded by the Berkeley Foundation directly to the two charities, up to £5,000 per charity.
Jags Sanghera, Charity Coordinator at Berkeley St Joseph comments: "As we're heading into spring and the days get longer, we wanted to get everyone involved in our fundraising campaign. 10 million steps sounds like a lot - but we have got over 65 colleagues registered so I'm confident that we'll reach that target!
It's a great chance to get out and make sure you get your daily exercise, whilst also raising really important funds for our two Designated Charities. The last year has been difficult for all charities, so this is an opportunity to make sure they head into the summer with a positive outlook.
I want to thank our sub-contractor teams who are sponsoring the challenge very generously, and all my colleagues for stepping up and taking part!"
