Ambition Aspire Achieve (AAA) supports young people to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. 30% of young people supported have special educational needs or disabilities. The charity operates two youth clubs in East London, providing targeted youth-work, mentoring and personal development opportunities for children aged 5-25.

Our funding will help AAA to hire a new Business Manager to support the organisation’s core functions, including fundraising, marketing and the development of the charity’s monitoring, evaluation and learning systems. In turn, this will free up to CEO’s time to think more strategically and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.

“All at Ambition Aspire Achieve truly appreciate the funding and support provided by the Berkeley Foundation Resilience Fund. The support comes at an important time as we look to build on our work with vulnerable children and young people in Newham, to meet growing demand and need.”
