Demelza, Community Partner of Berkeley Capital, provides expert care for babies, children and young people with life limiting conditions in South East London, Kent and East Sussex.
Demelza ensures that families receive support and specialist care when they need it most. This support ranges from diagnosis, in their daily lives and through difficult times such as bereavement.
The charity strives to create happy memories that will last, whether it is in one of its hospices or the family home. Demelza delivers an outstanding quality of care and is always on hand to support families, easing any worries or fears they may have. The aim is to ensure no child or family will struggle alone.
Demelza's Community Partnership with Berkeley Homes East Thames began in 2012, and has since gone from strength to strength.
