Youth Realities is a youth-led charity in Barnet supporting young victims and survivors of relationship abuse and violence. Founded by an abuse survivor, the charity offers creative education and support for young survivors aged 11-25, empowering them to access safety, happiness and freedom from violence.

The Foundation is supporting Youth Realities to recruit a Fundraiser to support the long-term sustainability of the organisation. The postholder will create a fundraising strategy, which will focus on securing multi-year grants, corporate support and commercial relationship building. This will simultaneously free up the CEO’s time to focus on organisational growth and development.

“We’re pleased and excited to be funded by the Berkeley Foundation over the next 2 years to support our fundraising capacity; which until now has been a key gap in our provision. This funding will enable us to grow and sustain our life changing work with young people impacted by abuse and violence in Barnet and beyond.”
